Harmonie: the three-course dinner
Harmonie is a three-course à la carte dinner — an aperitif with appetisers, a main, then cheese or dessert — with a glass of wine or a soft drink per person, and water, tea and coffee to finish.
Prestige: the same dinner, more wine
Prestige serves the same three courses and raises the wine to half a bottle per person (or two soft drinks), with water, tea and coffee.
Excellence: four courses and priority seating
Excellence opens with a Champagne aperitif and runs to four courses so both cheese and dessert arrive, with half a bottle of wine or Champagne per person and priority for a window seat when possible.
Dietary menus
Vegetarian and vegan dishes are part of all three menus.
Children's menus
A children's menu runs across all three tiers for ages four to twelve, priced separately from the adult menus.
What stays the same across every menu
Every dinner menu runs on the same 8:30pm sailing, with a violinist and pianist playing at the tables, formal dress expected, and vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu.
